Larger teams require clear communication and leadership. Each member of a development team is guided and managed by a dedicated Project Manager. This ensures the developer / designer / programmer understands the requirements in full and what is expected of them over the duration of the project.
Although each team member is accountable and responsible for delivery of their aspect of the project, our project managers are ultimately accountable for project success. Each new project is assigned its own Project Manager who acts as the 'go to' person for our clients. They ensure all client requirements are met and the disseminated to the development team members.
